My connection with natural health and wellbeing grew through my association with the natural health retail industry. Over the years, working closely with natural, organic and wellness-focused products has strengthened my belief that the choices we make in everyday life can contribute to a healthier and more thoughtful way of living.
For me, wellbeing is not simply about one product or one routine. It is about making conscious choices — from the food we eat and the products we use, to the materials we bring into our homes.

My experience with a natural health shop introduced me to people who were actively looking for more natural and considered choices for themselves and their families.
